Our fees are a simple 15%–20% of your gross monthly rental revenue. Which rate you pay depends on the service level you choose:
Co‑Hosting (15%): You retain responsibility for on-site tasks—cleaning, maintenance coordination, and vendor management—while we handle almost everything else (24/7 guest messaging, review requests, revenue reporting, weekly market updates).
Full‑Service Management (20%): Includes all Co‑Hosting services plus we fully manage cleaning schedules, maintenance and vendor dispatches (so you never have to coordinate local contractors), along with professional listing creation, dynamic pricing adjustments, and detailed monthly financial statements.
If you have multiple properties or a very high end property we may be open to negotiating our rates.
